Can you support a project already in execution?
Yes. An initial review can assess the current budget, commitments, actual expenditure, change exposure and forecast, then identify the support needed.
Can we engage PCC for a single deliverable?
Yes. An engagement can focus on one estimate review, cost health check, reporting framework or other defined deliverable. Scope, inputs and outputs are agreed before work begins.
How is an engagement scoped?
Start with a short description of your project stage, main challenge and desired outcome. We can then discuss available information, timing, deliverables and commercial terms.
Should I send project documents in my first enquiry?
A high-level description is enough initially. Please avoid confidential project information until suitable confidentiality arrangements and a secure document exchange method have been agreed.
